It's Dan's favorite bread, inspired by his trips to San Francisco. First, we carefully simmer Shagbark's organic heirloom "Wapsie Valley" corn grits until delicate and tender. Then, we cut and fold copious amounts of castelvetrano and kalamata olives in with herbs, lemon zest, and the cooked polenta. Its the most satisfying and decadent bread around!. Super creamy crumb and deep, caramelized crust.
