Celebrate Mardi Gras with our decadent King Cake! Inspired by the fanciful creations of New Orleans bakeries, ours is a delectably spiced brioche cake, with cardamom and nutmeg in the dough and a cinnamon schmear throughout the braid of the cake. After baking, the cake is glazed with a rich and satisfying cream cheese frosting, and topped with multicolor sugar! Each cake is sold with a tiny, shiny toy baby (not shown in photo), so you can serve it (semi) secretly in one of the slices (make sure to warn your guests!) Whomever finds the baby, is King for the day! Each cake serves 7-9.
